Change of plan due to a medical reason?

In the event that you need to change or cancel your flight due to medical reasons and have purchased the ‘Cancellation Protection Fee’ in conjunction with your flight reservation and travel is originating in the UK.
You will need to get your doctor to complete the medical certificate below.
